The portal presents activities of the Centre, application guidelines, residences, and world’s biggest art events, as well as information about cultural institutions and organizations of Klaipėda and other cities in Lithuania.

Series of public lectures "5! famous names about Fluxus, G.Maciunas and J.Mekas"

American Fluxus, interpreted by five famous Lithuanian culture personalities came to Klaipėda. A series of five public lectures about Fluxus were organised in March in Klaipėda Cultural Communication Centre (Daržų g. 10/ Bažnyčių g.4).

"Transit" of Saint Petersburg

Such is the statement by four St. Petersburg artists Alexander Dashevsky, Yuri Shtapakov, Piotr Belyj and Piotr Shvecov. Artists from different generations will be working for 3 days in the artistic residency of KCCC.

Graphic artist Žaneta Jasaitytė was on a visit in Kultūrpolis Arts and crafts courtyard for a week. The artist was working on large format (100 x 150) monotypings for her solo exhibition in Portugal.

Klaipėda resident artist sculptor Tadas Vosylius has developed an interactive object responsive to the human touch. "Container for (un)told thoughts and words" is a piece in the making, which in principle can never be finished.
