Eskilstuna Contemporary Art Centre (Sweden) presents four artists: Maria Hallberg, Ingela Svensson, Martena Carlsson and Erik Lars Wahlberg, in the exhibition “Differences - reflections of our time” 11th December (Friday) at 6 p.m. in Klaipeda Exhibition Hall (Aukštoji str. 3 / Didžiojo Vandens str.1).

These artists represent the middle generation. The exhibition “Differences - reflections of our time” explores society and reflects these experiences in their works. Aggression, alienation, anonymity, strict autonomy, desires to protest against in using exposure of instincts and straightforwardness of the aesthetic language – these are phenomena conditioned by the norms and regulations of Swedish society.

The exhibition will be opened by Kenneth Åström, Director of Eskilstuna Contemporary Art Centre, and Ignas Kazakevičius, Director of Klaipeda Culture Communication Centre (KKKC) „Kultūrpolis“.
